Our COVID-19 Response

The safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. We will continue to be operational and available to serve our customers.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our business and will continue to be, but with revamped efforts.

Here are a few ways we are working to protect the safety of our customers and employees:

• Both Brausen Auto locations are open and our waiting area is currently open. We believe that it is important in time like this that we stay open as a family for our community.  
• Our employees will be wiping down keys, steering wheels and vehicle interiors with sanitizing wipes. We will also be wearing gloves when inside your vehicle.
• We will be regularly sanitizing heavily touched areas-door knobs, handles, counters, credit card processors, pens and furniture.
