When to have the Air Conditioner Charged

Having the air conditioner charged in your vehicle is important to help maintain the comfort for you and your passengers. If you notice that the air conditioner is no longer producing cool air, contact us. Bring the vehicle in and we can properly inspect it for any sign of an issue that there might be. When you notice anything out of the norm with the vehicle, you should have it inspected. By checking it as soon as possible will help prevent further issues from happening in the long run. If you ignore it, then other parts can become damaged and results in a costly repair bill.

The air conditioner can be checked for any leaks or issues within the system. If there is a leak from the system, you may notice a puddle under your vehicle after you parked. You may also notice a leak on the floorboards in the front seat of your vehicle. The hoses and system should be checked to help ensure that everything is in good working order and efficient for your vehicle. If you ignore it, eventually the air conditioner will no longer work as effectively as it otherwise should be. You may also notice that the air conditioner starts to put out more warm air as it operates.

Sometimes you may notice that there is an odd smell or odor from the air conditioner. This could include a smell like mold or mildew. By bringing in the vehicle, we can check the air conditioner for any issues that it might have. If parts are worn, then we can replace them for you quickly. This can also help if you notice an unusual smell coming from the vents when the air conditioner runs. No matter what the issue is, always make sure to contact us as soon as possible.
